I have been on this Kurosawa/Hitchcock run and I have seen 8 films from the master of suspense

Rear Window doesn’t rank high on this list but seems to be Hitchcock’s most complicated film.

I imagine the only essential ones remaining from him are The birds Rebecca Dial M for Murder

I see Vertigo is up there for you, it’s a solid film but I least enjoyed it, the ending felt abrupt
